Home sites within Eden Crossing make up the Eden Crossing Property Owners Association. This association is charged with maintaining the recreational, nature, and entrance areas within the community as well as enforcement of protective covenants. All covenants and enforcement thereof have been designed to allow for relaxed rural living coupled with maximum protection of homeowner investment. Eden Crossing is one of two new communities in Wilson County with a mandatory property owners association. Our sister community (Abrego Lake) is the other. Without a mandatory association, deed restrictions and covenants are difficult and expensive to enforce, particularly after the community is built out and the developer is gone.
